It’s official, Timothy Kinser of Siloam Springs is a cute kid. The panel of judges challenged to sift through all of the Official Kids Mag Cute Kid Contest entries had a tough time deciding on the winner.
A lot was on the line. The contest winner would win a professional photo shoot and be the Official Kids Mag cover model for the December issue.
The judges said “kids are like puppies, they are all cute.” It was a hard decision to make, but in the end Timothy’s smile and personality won out.
